We focus on our customer's needs and requirements. BAC VALVES has teams of engineers who deal with your projects from the inquiry to the delivery, quality quarter turn valves according to the end user and project requirements.

R+D

Our R+D department develops its own patented designs and regular innovations to match the most demanding requirements of the industry, using our own testing laboratories, to perform: fire-safety test, low-temperature testing, DVT.

Quality control

Quality control ensures that each component meets established performance, safety and durability standards. This process includes the detailed inspection of materials, pressure, tightness and resistance tests, as well as the evaluation of compliance with technical regulations. Rigorous control is essential to ensure that valves perform optimally in demanding industrial environments, avoiding failures that could compromise safety and productivity.

Warehouse

Our warehouse can keep our components and materials traceable and well stored, besides the machines and the expertise for our key products and fast-track needs, we keep control. We have a big capacity to store in-house stock, which allows us to offer a quick response.

BAC VALVES supplies globally to various customers and projects across the cryogenic market, so top entry floating and trunnion ball valves are stocked strategically for the LNG market. Our company works on forecasting with its sub-suppliers to keep  a continuous stock for the most demanded sizes of main components.

Manufacturing

We have the machinery and the expertise and we deliver the best metal products thanks to a wide range of high-precision machinery such as cutting-edge machineries, including CNC lathes, transfer and multi-spindle machines. As well as the manually controlled saw, drills or lathes.

Cladding and overlay

We use cladding to harden the surface of our valves to enhance their wear, corrosion, erosion, abrasion, galling and damage from cavitation resistance. With this, we fuse wear-resistant materials onto the surface of our valves. Another system we use is the overlay in strict accordance with the operating requirements our customer needs.

Assembly

Our company has 6 lines of assembly which give flexibility and capacity.

Production testing

Our valves are tested in the manufacturing process under standards such as ISO 5208, API 598, EN 12266-1, and (ANSI) FCI 70-2. Some of these tests are shell testing, backseat testing, both low and high-pressure seat tests, visual inspection, high-pressure test, dimensional verification, PMI, magnetic particle test or Dye penetrant tests.

Finishing

We want to deliver the valves to the last detail so BAC VALVES has in house a complete and modern equipment for painting, with long experience in offshore painting. Besides a qualified personnel NACE level 2 ensures that procedures and control checks are correctly applied.

Automation

BAC VALVES power-operated valve actuators allow an automatic switching off in the end positions, safety functions, process control, and diagnosis. We have the experience and equipment to assemble and apply functional tests on the automated valves. This allows us to certify the complete package according to the specifications and requirements of our client.

Special packaging

BAC VALVES has a carpentry workshop inside the facilities which allows a total customization of the valve's packaging to our customer's needs and requirements.
